We will never sell your personal data.

We do not knowingly collect financial or payment card details through the Site. If you make a payment to us, this is handled by a separate, secure payment provider, and we do not store your card details.

  • Our email provider – to send and receive business correspondence

  • Our accountant / bookkeeping software provider – where necessary for financial administration

These providers only process your data on our instructions and are contractually required to keep it secure. Some providers (such as Calendly) may be based outside the UK/EEA — see Section 6 below.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected:

  • Enquiries that do not become clients: typically up to 12 months, then deleted

  • Client records: for the duration of the engagement plus a period afterwards to meet our legal, accounting, and insurance obligations (typically 6 years)

  • Marketing consents: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent

Some of our third-party providers (such as Calendly) may store or process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement, an adequacy decision, or equivalent contractual protections required under UK GDPR.
